As the first on the market, Fingersafe® has become a worldwide trademark. We provide our finger guard door protection to clients from one end of the globe to the other and have been doing so for almost 30 years.
Among many other establishments such as retail, restaurants, hotel and leisure facilities, our latest shipment will be fitted into schools and nurseries, to offer protection against the awful injuries that can occur by a door closing onto a finger in the front or rear hinge side of a door.
Many of the terrible, and sometimes devastating, incidents that can be caused by a door closing onto a finger or hand have been eradicated due to the installation of our Fingersafe® door finger safety protection guards.
We manufacture and supply door finger guards for the many different types of door, as one door guard does not fit all applications.
For example, a Fingersafe® MK1A is recommended, but not only for, the push side of a standard wooden framed door and with an MK1B rear hinge guard provides full protection on this type. An MK1C Bi-fold was designed to cover the hinged fold on a bi-fold type door, and an MK1C also covers the push hinge side of a uPVC door which opens to 90 degrees. If the uPVC door opens to 135 degrees an MK1C (special) would be required.
Amongst other hinge safety products, we also supply heavy duty commercial use industrial finger guards Fingersafe Industrial
And are proud to announce our product Gatesafe which is specifically for gates, too.
All of the different types of door and gate finger guards can be found on or website and we would advise you to check these out before making your purchase.
If further advice is needed we are on hand to offer this and invite you to contact us if necessary.
