In 1992 the entire concept of door finger protection was revolutionised by a British inventor, Chris Yeomans, who founded the company Fingersafe® which has become a worldwide trademark.

Chris Yeomans business has carried on going from strength to strength. In 1996, a partnership was formed with James McCallar Jr, resulting in Fingersafe USA Inc. Since then we have dominated the USA and Canadian markets. Fingersafe® now regularly ships the products internationally.

He moved the business to larger premises in Rayleigh, Essex in 2006 and his daughter Gina Fasey joined the Fingersafe® group of companies as CEO and has since taken the company to another level, further encouraging the use of the finger safety products that Fingersafe® offer.
We had BIM (Building Information Modelling) objects created in 2015, BIM objects are digital representations of building products and materials that can go into intelligent building models. Manufacturer-specific BIM objects contain 3D representations of the product along with associated metadata, such as Omniclass classification, material, model number, MEP connections and service information.
