We recently received the email below and were more than happy to donate our door finger guards to the wonderful charity, Once Upon A Smile, who provide emotional and practical support to bereaved families.
“I write from a children’s bereavement charity ONCE UPON A SMILE, in 2019, we opened the doors to Sidley House, Manchester’s dedicated children’s bereavement centre.
We currently have 11 doors within our children’s bereavement centre, like the one in the attached picture and we are looking for the best door guard?
Would it be possible for your help?”
For all eleven doors we sent them our Fingersafe® MK1A Door finger protection guard for push side of a standard door and they kindly sent the photograph below of one the hinge guards which had been fitted to a door within the children’s bereavement centre at Sidley House , along with the following message “HUGE thank you to @fingersafe for supplying FOC our door hinge protectors for Sidley House, our dedicated children’s bereavement centre.” #Safety
